This is an excellent opportunity for a Part-timeProperty Manager to join our client’s highly successful team in Watford! This is a varied role where no two days are the same. Along with the standard day-to-day property management duties, you will also be handling renewals, pre-tenancy, inspections, and some accounts.
Some experience is preferred, but our client is more than happy to train someone with transferrable skills. If you have a professional manner, excellent administrative skills, and a passion for providing exceptional service levels, please get in touch today!
Personal specification:
- At least 6 months’ experience within residential property management / lettings administration would be preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Superb customer service skills
- Use initiative
- Work well as a team
- Be computer literate
- Full UK driving licence and car.
The salary on offer will be in the region of £28,000 to £30,000 (pro-rata'd) Parking provided.
This is a part-time property management role. Our client would prefer someone who can work reduced hours 5 days a week, but they are flexible on this.
