This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced and highly professional Personal Assistant to support a senior executive within a leading international organisation based in Marseille. Working alongside 2 other PAs, the successful candidate will provide dedicated support to a member of the executive leadership team while also offering occasional assistance to another senior executive. This is a fast-paced, high-exposure role requiring exceptional organisational skills, sound judgement and the ability to respond quickly to changing priorities.
The ideal candidate will be discreet, adaptable and highly service-oriented, with the confidence to operate at senior level while maintaining a calm and measured approach. You will be comfortable managing complex schedules, coordinating frequent international travel and visas, handling last-minute changes, and ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day operations. The culture is professional, demanding and collaborative.
Responsibilities
- Complex and constantly evolving diary management
- Coordination of extensive international travel arrangements and visa applications
- Organisation of meetings and executive commitments
- Managing last-minute changes and shifting priorities
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Providing proactive support to ensure the smooth running of the executive office
- Collaborating closely with the wider Executive Assistant team
Profile
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role supporting senior executives
- Previous experience within a corporate, international or fast-paced environment
- Fluent French and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Highly responsive, adaptable and solutions-oriented
- Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs
- Calm, composed and professional under pressure
- Discreet, trustworthy and emotionally intelligent
- Collaborative, approachable and flexible in working style
- Able to communicate with diplomacy and professionalism at all levels
- Strong written communication skills, including drafting notes and executive documents
Additional Information
- Based in Marseille
- Full-time office-based role (Monday to Friday)
- No remote working
- Typical working hours are approximately 8:45am-6:30pm, with flexibility required depending on business needs
- Competitive salary package: 45k-65k depending on experience + bonus and excellent benefits package
