The successful English Teacher will have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4 (A-Level teaching experience is desirable) Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for English Language and Literature The ability to motivate, challenge, and inspire students of all abilities Strong classroom management skills Be based in or able to travel to Telford
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering engaging and effective English lessons across KS3 and KS4 Planning, preparing, and assessing students' work Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback Following the school's behaviour management and safeguarding policies Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment Contributing to the wider success of the English department
