Tiger Private is looking for an experienced, proactive and dedicated Housekeeper fora professional family in Marylebone, to maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and smooth running of their home. This is a full-time, live-out role suited to someone detail-oriented, independent, and comfortable working in a busy household with a small, friendly dog.
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: Mon – Fri, 08:00–18:00
Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays (to be taken when the family is away, usually August)
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and order in all rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas
- Daily housekeeping: dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, windows, and mirrors
- Laundry, ironing, and managing dry cleaning (tracking garments)
- Preparing breakfast for the family
- Making beds, changing linens, and ensuring rooms are tidy
- Kitchen care, including cleaning appliances, furniture, and cupboards on rotation
- Grocery shopping and managing household supplies
- Cleaning external areas: garage, front door, courtyard
- Accepting and managing deliveries (including food and other household items)
- Responding to doorbell/phone and maintaining household security
- Coordinating with other staff regarding shopping, maintenance, and household needs
- Pet care: walking the family’s small friendly dog three times a day and feeding as required
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a similar role within a large, busy household
- Comfortable with and enjoys caring for dogs
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent spoken and written English for clear communication (including WhatsApp and email)
- Able to work independently while following instructions
- Flexible, adaptable, and discreet
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in work
- Honest, reliable, and respectful of confidentiality
- Must have the right to work in the UK
