CONTENTIOUS PROBATE SOLICITOR/ILEX: An established and highly respected law firm is seeking a talented Contentious Probate Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its expanding Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to build their career within a supportive and collaborative environment, handling a broad range of contentious probate and private client disputes. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of contentious probate matters while also working closely with experienced practitioners on complex and high-value cases. The role offers genuine opportunities for progression, exposure to challenging work, and the chance to play a key role in the continued growth of the team. You will be responsible for advising clients on a variety of contentious probate and private client litigation matters, from initial instruction through to resolution. This will include conducting legal research and investigations, advising on complex and sensitive disputes, preparing pleadings and court documentation, and representing clients at hearings, mediations and conferences. You will also work collaboratively with counsel, experts and other professionals, whilst supporting and mentoring junior members of the team where appropriate.
