Salary: FTE: £27,694, Pro-rata £25,339 – £25,727 per annum, including an allowance for holiday pay

Vacancy Type: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week, term-time only

The Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef in leading the day-to-day operations of the Catering Department, ensuring high standards, effective teamwork, and a positive, professional service across the site.

The qualifications and experience required of a Sous Chef are:

• Experience in a busy kitchen
• Supervisory experience
• Training staff experience
• Knowledge of food hygiene and H&S
