The role:
- Support students in and out of the classroom
- Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and effective lessons
- Provide one-to-one and small group support
- Assist with classroom management and student engagement
- Help create an inclusive and supportive environment for all learners

- Be patient, proactive and adaptable
