Description
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on employment tax matters to clients across various industries.
- Manage and deliver client projects, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes.
- Assist clients in managing compliance with employment tax regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Identify opportunities for additional services and contribute to business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver cohesive and comprehensive services.
- Conduct reviews and audits to assess employment tax risks and opportunities for clients.
- Provide training and updates to clients on employment tax changes and best practices.
Profile
Employment Tax Associate Director Credentials:
- A strong background in employment tax within the professional services industry.
- Relevant qualifications in accounting or tax, such as ACA, ACCA, or CTA.
- Proven experience in delivering client-focused solutions in accounting and finance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- A proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities in employment tax matters.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
