Shift Pattern: Rotating (Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays)

Our client, a leading coatings supplier for a prestigious automotive brand, is searching for a talented Warehouse Operative to join their on-site team. With nearly a decade of experience in delivering exceptional paint solutions, this organisation prides itself on meeting unique customer design wishes, including the creation of stunning colours for "one-off" special vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mix and apply custom paint colours to meet specific design requests.
- Ensure that all paint applications are completed to the highest standards of quality.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations and meet production goals.
- Stay organised and maintain a clean workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
What We're Looking For:
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift products up to 20 kg.
- Not colour blind; must have a keen eye for colour differentiation.
- Comfortable working with paints and related materials.
- Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern, including potential night shifts in the future.
Working Hours:
- Early Shift: 06:00 – 14:30
- Late Shift: 14:30 – 23:00
