Job Title: Admin Coordinator
Location: Ashford
Salary: Starting salary £28,000 – £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience, this will be reviewed again after probationary period)
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30 (Office based with some flexibility to work from home)
Job overview:
We are looking for an experienced Admin Coordinator to lead and develop a team of Customer Service Advisors . The successful candidate will be responsible for day to day team management, workload distribution, performance monitoring, and ensuring service levels are consistently met.
Duties include:
- Lead a team of Customer Service Advisors, providing regular check-ins, motivation and coaching.
- Allocate and balance workloads across the team to maintain efficiency and meet demand.
- Monitor service levels and KPIs, identify gaps and implement actions to meet targets and SLAs.
- Conduct one-to-ones, performance reviews and deliver regular feedback and development plans.
- Manage shift rotas, cover planning and resource forecasting to ensure continuous service delivery.
- Handle escalations and complex enquiries, supporting advisors where needed.
- Liaise with other teams to ensure smooth handovers and consistent customer experience.
Skills/experience required:
- Previous experience supervising/managing a team in an office setting is essential
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience in diary management and scheduling would also be preferred.
