We are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Saffron Walden.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 – 2 years experience as a Sales Negotiator with ideally local knowledge.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Salary and benefits package for the role of Sales Negotiator:
- Basic £25,000
- OTE £40,000 DOE
- Bonuses
- Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, every other Saturday with day off in lieu
- 5 day working week
- Excellent career progression to development into Valuing
Responsibilities for the role of Sales Negotiator:
- Registering and qualifying potential buyers
- Generating and conducting viewings
- Canvassing to bring on new properties
- Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
- Preparing sales brochures
- Developing relationships
- Giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
- Booking appointments
- Always delivering exceptional customer service
Key Skills for the role of Sales Negotiator:
- A minimum of 1 – 2 years experience as a Sales Negotiator
- Local knowledge preferable (not essential)
- Someone looking to build up a good personal brand within an established and reputable company
- High level of customer service skills
- Well-spoken with good telephone manner
- Well presented
- Target driven and ambitious
- The desire to work well in a team and be an excellent team player
- Highly motivated
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
