What You'll Be Doing
Processing payrolls accurately and on time across weekly, fortnightly and monthly pay cycles.
Producing and managing invoices while ensuring all deadlines are met.
Reconciling payments and investigating any discrepancies.
Liaising with clients and workers to resolve payroll and payment queries professionally and efficiently.
Reviewing and processing expense claims.
Supporting statutory payroll submissions and pension administration.
Managing payroll records and assisting with compliance and audit requirements.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless payroll service.
What We're Looking For
UK payroll experience (ideally 12-18 months or more )
Candidates must be UK based
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail
Experience using payroll software and Microsoft Office applications
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities
Team player with a positive and professional attitude
