Adviser Support/Junior Paraplanner
Bristol | Hybrid (2–3 days in office) | Up to £32,000
An established Wealth Management firm in Bristol is looking to appoint a Junior Paraplanner / Adviser Support professional to join its growing team due to an internal progression move.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a clear development pathway within a structured and supportive environment. Office presence 2–3 days per week is preferred, although remote working may be considered for exceptional candidates.
The Role
- Supporting Wealth Advisers with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Preparing documentation and producing basic suitability reports
- Processing new business and managing applications
- Monitoring and managing workflows through CRM systems
- Handling client queries via phone and email
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance requirements
- Working within a pooled support team environment
What They’re Looking For
- Previous financial services experience (wealth management preferred)
- Experience in adviser support, IFA administration or client services
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a structured environment
- Ambitious and keen to progress within paraplanning or advisory
- Diploma qualifications are not required – full study support is provided
- Graduates with relevant financial services exposure will be considered
Package
- Salary up to £32,000
