Due to continued growth, they're looking to add a talented Town Planner to their dynamic and collaborative team.

What you'll be doing:

Preparing planning applications, appeals, and development appraisals

Undertaking research and site assessments
-
Liaising with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders

Supporting senior planners and directors on complex projects

Playing a key role in shaping planning strategies for a diverse portfolio
About you:
-
Ideally 1-3 years' experience in a planning role (public or private sector)

RTPI accredited degree or equivalent
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills

A proactive, solution-focused mindset
-
A genuine interest in the planning system and how it shapes communities
