The Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll be supporting individuals within their own homes and in the community, helping them to live fulfilling and independent lives.
You’ll support people with:
Mental Health needs
Learning Disabilities
Autism
Your day might include:
Supporting with daily routines and personal care
Encouraging independence and confidence
Accompanying individuals into the community (appointments, activities, social outings)
Providing emotional support and companionship
Helping people achieve their personal goals
