Art Teacher (Part-Time) – Secondary School

Location: Lytham St Annes
Contract: Part-Time (Monday–Wednesday)
Start Date: September 2026

We are delighted to be recruiting for a creative and passionate Art Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Lytham St Annes from September. This part-time role (Monday to Wednesday) offers an excellent opportunity to inspire students and nurture a love of art within a supportive and well-resourced environment.

The Role

  • Deliver engaging and high-quality Art lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Plan, prepare, and assess creative and inspiring lessons
  • Encourage students to explore a range of artistic techniques and mediums
  • Maintain a positive classroom environment with effective behaviour management
  • Support the wider school community, including displays and extracurricular activities

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Strong subject knowledge in Art and Design
  • The ability to inspire creativity and enthusiasm in students
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • A commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
