The Role
You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of commercial HVAC and mechanical plant across a varied portfolio of commercial sites throughout the Midlands, Yorkshire and Oxfordshire regions.
The ideal candidate will hold Commercial Gas qualifications and either possess F-Gas certification or have strong air conditioning knowledge and a genuine desire to develop further within HVAC.

- Pumps, valves and pipework systems
- Heating distribution systems
- District heating equipment
- Controls and BMS interfaces
HVAC & Air Conditioning Equipment
- Split systems
- Multi-split systems
- VRV / VRF systems
- Air handling units (AHUs)
- Fan coil units (FCUs)
- Heat pumps
- Comfort cooling equipment
- Ventilation systems
- Refrigeration and cooling plant
- Chillers (desirable)
What We're Looking For
- ACS Commercial Gas qualifications
- Experience working on commercial heating systems and plant rooms
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities
- Air conditioning experience desirable
- F-Gas certification preferred but not essential
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Professional and customer-focused approach
- Strong communication skills
- Desire to develop and progress within a growing organisation
