Are you a Project Manager with consultancy experience looking to lead projects from inception through to completion? Do you want to work on major residential developments while accelerating your career within a company that actively promotes from within?
This rapidly growing project management and development consultancy delivers project management and employer's agent services across large-scale residential, student accommodation and co-living developments, alongside selected commercial and industrial projects. Following significant growth and a strong pipeline of repeat business, they are now looking to expand their project management team.
You will join a close-knit and highly collaborative team based in Central London, working primarily from the office with occasional travel to project sites across the UK. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will take ownership of projects ranging from £50-£100m throughout the full lifecycle, managing consultants, contractors and key stakeholders while ensuring successful delivery against programme, budget and quality objectives.
This role would suit an ambitious and motivated Project Manager with consultancy experience who wants to progress their career, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to work on some of the UK's most exciting residential-led developments.

The Role:
- Leading high-value residential, student accommodation and co-living developments from inception through to completion
- Managing project programmes, budgets, risks, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders
- Office-based in Central London with occasional site travel
- Structured training, mentorship and support towards chartership
The Person:
- Project Management experience within a construction consultancy environment
- Experience delivering residential projects, ideally alongside commercial, industrial or education sectors
- Strong understanding of project delivery, programme management, risk management and cost control
- Working towards or currently holding a professional chartership (RICS or similar)
- Ambitious, proactive and motivated to progress within a growing consultancy
