Role details

A leading organisation in North Warwickshire is seeking a Head of Commercial Finance to join their team and play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and shaping strategic direction across the business. This is a high impact position where you will lead the development and implementation of commercial finance strategies aligned to organisational goals, working closely with senior leadership and operational teams to support key decision making. You will provide insightful analysis on performance, margins, and key financial drivers, while leading budgeting, forecasting, and long term planning processes. The role will see you identifying risks and opportunities to enhance profitability and efficiency, developing robust financial models to support business cases, and delivering clear, actionable reporting to senior stakeholders. With a strong focus on challenge and influence, you will use data-driven insights to guide decisions and support the continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting, ensuring the business remains agile, informed, and commercially focused.

Responsibilities of the Head of Commercial Finance

  • Develop and implement commercial finance strategies that align with organisational goals.
  • Partner with senior leadership and operational teams to support strategic and commercial decisions.
  • Deliver insightful analysis on performance, margins, and key financial drivers.
