Corporate Receptionist – Ad hoc temporary bookings.
We have a super opportunity for a capable front of house to work in a high end boutique finance environment and cover holiday dates in June and July and August, based in luxurious offices in the West End. 8.30am – 5.30pm.
We are looking for a candidate to provide reliable temporary cover and this role would suit someone who is professional, articulate and very happy to muck in and has experience of working within financial services in a busy front of house environment, thoroughly enjoying corporate reception work.
Ideally, we are looking for an applicant who may be available in an ad hoc capacity throughout the year for future bookings too!
Dates so far include: 18th June. 2nd July and 6-9th July and 20th August.
You will have a handover and the role is supporting in a boutique environment and is such a great opportunity to work for an incredible business and be sole front of house and run a smooth operation and handle ad hoc administrative duties. (Private equity experience is preferred but not essential).
You must be confident around MS Outlook, diary management and general reception related administration and be happy to muck in at the drop of a hat and set up meeting rooms and make teas and coffees and have excellent communication skills, dealing with clients and visitors.
