The role
This is a Senior Block Manager position covering a Central London portfolio up to 8 buildings. You'll take full ownership of the portfolio, manage client relationships directly, and run your own diary with a good degree of autonomy.
What you'll be doing
- Managing a portfolio of up to 8 residential buildings end to end, acting as the main point of contact for clients
- Carrying out site inspections and maintaining building standards across the portfolio
- Setting and managing service charge budgets, liaising with internal accounts teams
- Coordinating contractors, planned maintenance, and major works projects
- Attending client meetings and AGMs, and ensuring compliance and health and safety obligations are met
Skills and experience
Essential
- Over 4 years experience in residential block management
- Confident managing clients directly and providing advice independently
- Solid working knowledge of service charge budgets and compliance obligations
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own time and diary
Desirable
- Experience managing prime or complex London portfolios
- TPI qualification (ATPI or MTPI)
