Our client is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor with a strong background in the fruit production industry.
This is a permanent position, offering 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts across 5 days out of 7 in a continuous operation.
The role requires flexibility, working on a rotational shift pattern:
- One week on day shifts
- One week on afternoon shifts
We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role, managing teams of up to 100 people in a fast-paced environment.
The working environment is busy but very friendly, and the successful candidate must be confident in leading large teams while maintaining a positive atmosphere.
Key requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory role
- Experience managing teams of up to 100 employees
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and support team members effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to health & safety requirements at all times.
