G2 Legal Limited
Employment Senior Associate/Salaried Partner
Location: Southampton | Hybrid Working
We are seeking a Senior Employment Solicitor (6+ PQE) to join our Employment & HR team in Southampton. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Associate or Salaried Partner to join a national law firm with a strong reputation and a growing employment practice.
The role involves advising primarily corporate employer clients on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. This includes complex and high-value Employment Tribunal claims, strategic advisory work and some corporate support. You will have real autonomy, high levels of client contact and the opportunity to shape your practice and develop sector expertise.
My client offers flexible and hybrid working, a supportive national employment team and a genuine commitment to career development. You will be encouraged to get involved in business development, seminars, networking and thought leadership, with clear support to help you build your profile and progress your career.
This role will suit an Employment Solicitor with around 6+ years' PQE who has strong experience advising employers on Tribunal claims from inception to final hearing, as well as day-to-day HR issues including disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies and discrimination. You should also be confident drafting contracts of employment, policies and settlement agreements. A commercial, practical approach and an interest in growing a practice are essential.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Employment Lawyer looking for high-quality work, flexibility and long-term progression within a national firm.
