We're working with a fast-paced and growing print and communications business in Stockport who are looking to add an experienced Artworker to their creative production team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong print experience who enjoys working in a detail-driven, technical design environment. You'll be joining a business where accuracy, speed, and quality are absolutely key, and where your work will directly support the delivery of high-volume, client-facing communications across print and digital fulfilment.
The Role
As an Artworker, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality, print-ready artwork across a wide range of materials including direct mail, transactional documents, marketing collateral, forms, presentation packs, and large-scale mailing campaigns.
You'll take creative concepts and turn them into precise, production-ready artwork, ensuring everything is accurate, compliant, and fully optimised for print. You'll also play a key role in adapting artwork across multiple formats and managing last-minute amends in a fast-moving environment.
This is a busy, hands-on role where you'll work closely with account managers, clients, and production teams to ensure projects move smoothly from brief through to final print sign-off.
Key Responsibilities

Create accurate, high-quality, print-ready artwork in line with brand guidelines

Produce and adapt artwork across multiple formats including direct mail, forms, mail packs, and presentation decks

Design structured, user-friendly forms for print and data capture

Prepare, check, and pre-flight artwork for high-volume print production

Ensure all artwork is compliant, accurate, and production-ready

Manage multiple projects and amends at pace while maintaining attention to detail

Adapt creative for variable data and personalised print campaigns

Collaborate closely with account and production teams to meet tight deadlines

Support both creative and operational delivery across print campaigns
About You

Proven experience as an Artworker, ideally within a print, mailing, or fulfilment environment

Strong hands-on experience working in print production is essential

Confident using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

Strong understanding of print processes and file preparation for production

Experience with high-volume print or variable data projects is highly desirable

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy under pressure

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
