The Role – SEN LSA
Seeking a patient and proactive SEN LSA to support pupils aged 4-19 within a specialist setting. You will work closely with teachers, therapists and support staff to provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils access learning and work towards EHCP outcomes. The role involves supporting pupils with autism, severe learning difficulties and associated communication needs, promoting independence, encouraging positive behaviour and contributing to a structured and inclusive learning environment.

This specialist provision is located in the Royal Borough of Greenwich and is within walking distance of a nearby National Rail station. The school supports pupils with a range of complex special educational needs and provides personalised learning, therapeutic support and a nurturing environment focused on communication, independence and life skills development. The school was judged 'Outstanding' at its most recent Ofsted inspection in 2019.
