Account Manager (B2B)
Our client is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead and grow relationships and revenue with their existing clients.Acting as a trusted strategic partner and advocate for their business priorities internally.
Reporting to the Head of Key Account Management, the Account Manager will be responsible for retaining, developing and expanding assigned accounts, owning commercial outcomes, ensuring the organisation consistently delivers against customer goals.
- Up to £40,000 basic salary with OTE £60,000
- Leatherhead
- Monday to Friday, 9.00 am – 5.30 pm
- Hybrid (3 days office)

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor, developing a deep understanding of customer strategy, priorities and challenges
- Represent the customer internally, clearly articulating current and future needs across all teams
- Own overall commercial performance and financial outcomes for assigned accounts
- Own a personal Sales Quota linked to a set of Accounts
- Lead contract renewals and commercial negotiations
- Drive new business growth through strong relationships, advocacy and expansion opportunities
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships across relevant customer functions
- Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery against customer objectives
- Track, review and improve customer engagement through KPIs and structured account reviews
- Serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues and feedback
What You Will Need
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B account management and/or Sales
- Strong grounding in professional account management and Sales principles
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to prioritise effectively
- Commercially minded with strong business and analytical acumen
- Proactive and comfortable with frequent outreach, including new contact, to existing customers
- Strong stakeholder management skills across commercial, operational and leadership teams
- Confident communicator and presenter, able to articulate technology-led solutions clearly
- Willing to travel to meet with clients based in London or the Southeast region
