New Risk/Governance Contract opportunity!! PRINCIPLE 10 PROGRAMME LEAD (CONTRACT)

I'm exclusively supporting a Lloyd's market insurer seeking an experienced Risk and Governance Programme Lead to take ownership of a high-profile Principle 10 (P10) Governance programme.
This is a hands-on delivery role, responsible for coordinating and driving the organisation's response to Lloyd's requirements across Governance, Risk Management, Controls, Reporting and Risk Culture.
You'll work closely with the Risk Director, Executive Team and Board to ensure all regulatory commitments are delivered on time, to a high standard and capable of standing up to regulatory scrutiny.
Key areas of focus include: * Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework enhancement * Risk Appetite, RCSA and ORSA alignment * Governance and Board effectiveness * Risk reporting and MI improvements * Operational Risk and Control Frameworks * Risk culture, training and embedding * Regulatory engagement and Lloyd's reporting * Programme governance, tracking and delivery
I'm keen to hear from individuals with proven experience delivering complex Risk, Governance or Regulatory Transformation programmes within the Lloyd's or London Market insurance sector.
This would suit an experienced contractor, consultant, programme lead, risk transformation specialist or senior risk professional who can quickly establish credibility, coordinate multiple workstreams and drive delivery across the business.
