Reed Business Support are proud to be partnering with a thriving Sheffield based organisation to recruit into their administrative team. This is a temporary-to-permanent role with an immediate start available. This offers an experienced administrator the opportunity to join a small business that truly cares about their employees. This role is easily accessible on public transport and walkable from central Sheffield.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records 
  • Handle inbound enquiries.
  • Process applications and registrations 
  • Maintain and update the database 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

This is a full-time role and is fully office based, no WFH.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:30am – 16:30pm. 16:00pm finish on Friday.
