Job Title: Secondary Teacher (ECT) – All Subjects
Location: Bristol
Start date: 20/04/2026
Pay rate: £140-£150 per day (6.5hrs) – Supply only
Are you a dedicated ECT who has recently completed your PGCE and obtained QTS? Are you looking for supply teaching work across secondary schools in Bristol after Easter to help you secure a permanent teaching role in September? Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for enthusiastic and committed Early Career Teachers across all secondary subject areas to register with us and work in schools across Bristol. Opportunities are mainly daily supply with the potential to secure a longer-term or permanent role at a school you enjoy as quickly as possible.

We are looking for:
- A teacher who holds or will soon hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- An inspirational and enthusiastic ECT with strong organisational skills
- Someone who is an excellent role model and actively promotes positive behaviours, achievement, and engagement in the classroom
- Teachers across all secondary subject specialisms
