An established Professional Services firm based in central London, is seeking an experienced 1st/2nd Line IT Support Technician to join their dynamic team. This is a part-time role, 3 days per weeks, and initially a contract (Inside IR35) for 3 months – for the right person, there is a chance this may be extended.
The successful candidate will be based in their central London office and responsible for providing 1st & 2nd line support to approximately 200 staff. Duties will also include assisting with user account management, security protocols, and access permissions, maintaining accurate documentation as well as supporting ongoing system upgrades and deployment activities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
This role would suit an experienced IT Support professional with proven experience supporting both Windows and Mac operating systems in a professional environment. It is also essential to have strong knowledge of Office 365 and a good understanding of network principles and basic IT security measures.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a key role within a fast-paced industry, offering a rate of up to £255 per day.
