This role offers a hybrid working model, with two days per week spent collaborating with colleagues in a vibrant office environment and the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the week.

What you'll be doing

  • Building relationships with new and existing customers
  • Making outbound calls and engaging with prospective clients
  • Understanding customer needs and identifying suitable solutions
  • Managing your own pipeline and keeping records up to date
  • Working towards individual and team performance targets
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver an outstanding customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Have experience in sales, recruitment, contact centres, customer service, or other KPI-driven environments
  • Are confident communicating with people over the phone
  • Enjoy building rapport and developing relationships
