The successful Family Solicitor will work alongside respected specialists on a high-quality, privately funded caseload, with genuine opportunities for progression and long-term career development.
The Role You will advise high-net-worth individuals and professionals on a broad range of privately funded family matters, including: • Financial remedy matters • Private children disputes • Divorce and separation matters • Cohabitation and pre/post-nuptial agreements • Sensitive and high-profile family cases You will also play an active role in the continued growth and development of the firm’s Family offering in Bristol.
The Candidate Applications are sought from Family Solicitors from 5 years’ PQE gained within a recognised City, regional or specialist Family practice. You will possess: • Strong technical expertise across privately funded Family law matters • Experience advising on financial and children cases • Excellent communication and client care skills • A proactive and commercially minded approach • The ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team environment
