We are a fast-growing, investment-focused property agency based in South Wales, specialising in working with landlords looking to exit and investors building long-term lettings portfolios.
We are seeking an ambitious and proactive Property Valuer to join our growing business. This is a high-performance role focused on winning instructions, working with landlords, and managing property deals from initial enquiry through to completion.
This is not a typical high-street agency role. You will be at the heart of the investment property sector, actively networking, attending industry events, and creating opportunities that grow both our stock and brand.
The Role
- Carry out sales and lettings valuations, securing landlord and vendor instructions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords looking to sell investment stock
- Prepare investor deal packs and investment breakdowns
- Secure investment properties
- Negotiate deals with sellers and progress transactions efficiently
- Maintain accurate records within the company CRM
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of active sellers
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the transaction
- Network and attend property events to generate leads and represent the brand
- Reporting to the Property Acquisitions Manager
About You
- 1 year’s experience in sales sector (property sales, lettings, or both preferred)
- Proven track record in winning instructions and hitting KPIs
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Confident speaking with landlords and decision-makers
- Target-driven, ambitious, and motivated by commission
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent negotiation and closing ability
- Professional, proactive, and self-motivated
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
