Family Solicitor

We are looking to welcome an experienced and personable Family Solicitor to join our team, based at one of two Cheshire offices. This is a genuine opportunity for someone who loves family law, takes pride in their work, and is committed to delivering an exceptional standard of client care.
We are not looking for just any lawyer, we want someone with a warm, approachable personality, someone clients trust and colleagues enjoy working alongside.
You will be supported by hands-on, approachable Heads of Department who are genuinely invested in developing their team.

The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of private family matters across a broad mix of work, including:
- Divorce and finances
- Private children work
- Cohabitation Agreements
- TOLATA
- Injunctions
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
About You
- Qualified Solicitor
- Experienced in handling private family matters (divorce, financial remedy and private children matters)
- Team player
