I'm currently working with a forward thinking membership body to recruit a Salesforce Business Analyst to join their Digital, Data & Technology function focussing on business critical projects.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a major period of digital transformation, supporting the successful delivery, optimisation, and adoption of platform solutions across one of the UK's most respected membership organisations.
The role would suit an experienced Business Analyst with strong stakeholder engagement skills, a background in CRM and platform-based projects, and experience supporting digital change initiatives from requirements gathering through to implementation and adoption.
The Salesforce Business Analyst will:
- Lead workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to gather, analyse, validate, and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for platform development
- Work closely with technical teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet organisational objectives
- Analyse existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for optimisation and continuous improvement
- Produce high-quality documentation including requirements specifications, process maps, user journeys, and business cases
- Act as the bridge between business users and technical delivery teams, ensuring shared understanding throughout the project lifecycle
