Devizes and Surrounding Area
We are Seeking a caring, patient and motivated Support Workers to join our Outreach Team in Wiltshire
We support a number of clients in the local area who live in their own homes. You will be supporting our clients to live as independently as possible, helping them access community, build life skills, and achieve personal goals. you will work in a person centered way, promoting choice, dignity and inclusion at all times.

What is required from you?
- A minimum of 12 months on your right to work

– Activities of daily Living including social activities, personal care, routines, planning and preparation of meals and budgeting.

Engaging – promoting and motivating people we
support
to enhance their quality of life
Specialising –
supporting
people who may need positive behavioural
support
approaches
Recording – keeping accurate records &reporting changes in health or circumstances of service users to management
Team player – Working as part of a team, as well as being able to work using your own initiative.
