My client is a well-established regional main contractor. They have a steady workflow of both new and existing clients. Several new projects wins has leaded them to have a requirement for a Project Quantity Surveyor. The client has offered a place on a national framework, upgrading existing hotels. These are a range of modifications. Largely new fit out and upgrading the hotel bedrooms. The Project Quantity Surveyor that they are looking with be a self-motivated individual. That has proven experience delivering ideally some fit out or refurbishment projects.
They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor that has previous experience, ideally working for a main building contractor. You will be working with of procurement, sub-contractors, cost, and preparation of budgets.
As a business they do work on a variety of schemes, which would give some variety to your expertise in your project delivery. They also deliver residential, industrial, and commercial new builds and extensions.
As Project Quantity Surveyor you will be running two of these schemes, travel is involved for this position but will be all covered and expensed. Join a contractor looking to invest into your career development.
