Compliance Support Coordinator

Salary: £28,000 – £38,000 DOE
Job Type: Full-Time (Permanent, 37.5 hours per week)

Our client is seeking a Compliance Support Coordinator to join their team and support a range of compliance functions across quality, security, customs, and regulatory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Deputy Responsible Person with the maintenance of GDP Quality Management Systems
* Assisting with the development and maintenance of GDP policies and procedures
* Supporting security compliance processes and associated documentation
* Assisting with the management of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems
* Supporting customs compliance activities and regulatory requirements
* Assisting with business and cargo insurance compliance administration
* Supporting internal and external audits across the business
* Ensuring compliance with industry standards, accreditations, and regulatory requirements
* Maintaining accurate compliance records and documentation
* Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
* Supporting the development and implementation of company policies and procedures
You Will Ideally Have:
- Previous experience within a compliance, quality, administration, or regulated environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
* Knowledge of ISO 9001, GDP, customs compliance, or quality management systems would be advantageous but is not essential
