As a Customer Administrator, you will be the primary point of contact for all customer enquiries and post-service administrative activities.
You will play a key role in ensuring customers receive an outstanding experience following completed services, while providing administrative support to the wider operations team.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
Monday – Friday 9am-3pm
Responsibilities:
As a Customer Administrator you will…
- Handle all post-service customer enquiries and requests professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain excellent communication with customers via telephone and email.
- Monitor customer feedback and online reviews following completed services.
- Follow up with customers to encourage completion of satisfaction surveys and reviews.
- Ensure all service-related documentation is accurately filed and maintained.
- Support the Operations and Customer Service teams with day-to-day administrative activities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and databases.
