The Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a small, friendly and professional team on a part-time basis (3 days per week).
This is a key support role where you will work closely with Financial Advisers, helping to deliver a seamless and high-quality client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing full administrative support to Financial Advisers
- Managing client records and maintaining accurate data
- Processing new business including pensions, investments and protection
- Preparing documentation for client meetings and reviews
- Liaising with providers and clients to obtain information and updates
- Supporting the end-to-end advice process
Key Requirements
- Essential: Strong experience using Intelliflo (IO)
- Previous experience within an IFA / Financial Planning environment
- Good knowledge of pensions, investments and financial products
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and professional client approach
- Ability to work independently within a small team
