We are seeking an experienced Managed Service Delivery Lead to join a leading Microsoft Digital Transformation Partner, responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of Managed Services across a diverse portfolio of clients. This is a strategic leadership role focused on ensuring service excellence, maintaining SLA performance, managing major incidents and escalations, and driving continuous improvement across the service function.
You will act as a key client stakeholder, leading service reviews, overseeing the transition of Microsoft technology solutions from project delivery into BAU support, and ensuring operational readiness across all managed services. The role also includes ownership of service financials, resource planning, forecasting, and the leadership and development of Managed Service Team Leads.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Managed Services, preferably within a Microsoft Partner environment, with a solid understanding of Power Platform, Microsoft Dataverse, governance, enterprise architecture, application lifecycle management, business application support, Azure, SharePoint, and integrations. Strong leadership, client relationship management, operational oversight, and commercial awareness are essential.
