Conveyancing Assistant – Batley
A well-established and highly respected Yorkshire law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join its busy and successful Conveyancing Department at the Batley office.
To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 18 months' experience in a similar conveyancing support position.
Working closely with the Conveyancer, you will assist with a full range of residential conveyancing transactions. Your responsibilities will include liaising with clients and supporting matters from initial quotation, onboarding and file opening through to completion. This will involve preparing completion statements (under the conveyancer's instruction) and ensuring files are fully prepared for post-completion.
