Our client based in Boston is looking to recruit a 2nd Line Support Analyst on a fulltime permanent basis. Working as part of an existing team which provides full IT support for the business internally.
Job role of 2nd Line:
- Provide 2nd line support for hardware, software, networking, and business applications.
- Support desktop, laptop, mobile, printer, and peripheral devices.
- Diagnose and resolve Microsoft 365, Windows,and user account issues.
- Maintain and support Active Directory,
- Assist with server administration and system monitoring.
- Support telephony and communications systems.
- Manage support tickets within agreed SLAs.
- Document fixes, procedures, troubleshooting steps.
- Provide excellent customer service to non-technical users.
- A full job description is available for all suitable candidates.
Working a spart of a team of 7 you will also on occasion assist 1st line issues to ensure business continuity. To be considered for this role you will have worked at 2nd line and be able to demonstrate competent IT skills and knowledge.
The role is Monday to Friday with an on-call rota. The company are looking at a salary of up to £38,000 DOE and the chance of real career development.
