The Role
As an Engineering Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing client relationships, sourcing high-quality candidates, and helping businesses secure the talent they need to grow.
This is a fast-paced, target-driven role offering excellent progression opportunities and uncapped earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and developing relationships with engineering clients
- Identifying and winning new business opportunities
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Managing the recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement
- Advertising vacancies and proactively headhunting talent
- Negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process
- Maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates and vacancies
- Working towards individual and team performance targets
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ambitious, resilient, and commercially minded individuals
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence building relationships with clients and candidates
- Previous recruitment, sales, engineering, or customer-facing experience is advantageous but not essential
- A genuine desire to build a successful career
