Are you passionate about making a real difference in people's lives? We're seeking several dedicated and experienced Vulnerability Leads to shape and deliver our approach to supporting residents with complex needs across our social housing services.
In this pivotal role, you'll lead on developing and implementing strategies to identify, support, and safeguard vulnerable tenants. You'll ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, while championing tenant wellbeing and driving improved outcomes for those facing multiple challenges.
Working collaboratively across internal teams and with external partners, you'll play a key role in reducing risk and strengthening our response to vulnerability. A critical aspect of the role is building strong links with health services, ensuring housing is fully represented in multi-agency settings and that residents receive coordinated, person-centred support.
We're looking for people who bring strong expertise in safeguarding and housing regulation, alongside hands-on experience of supporting vulnerable individuals. You'll have a clear understanding of the impact of unmet health needs and a proven ability to manage complex, high-risk cases with sound professional judgement.
This is an opportunity to lead meaningful change, influence practice, and ensure our most vulnerable residents are supported to live safely and well.
This recruitment campaign includes five regional roles: East, South, North, South London, and North London. Candidates should be aware that the successful postholders will be required to travel extensively across their designated region to support operational needs.
These are hybrid roles and will be based at the following locations: Camden for both London roles, Norwich for the East region, Birmingham for the North region, and Haywards Heath for the South region.
