Estate agency experience is not essential. We are interested in speaking with managers from sales-driven and customer-focused industries who understand how to motivate people, improve performance, and create a positive team culture.
You may currently be managing a team in recruitment, automotive, retail, hospitality, financial services, telecommunications, or a similar fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing:
• Leading, coaching and developing a successful team
• Driving performance and maintaining high service standards
• Supporting the day-to-day running of a busy office
• Monitoring targets, productivity and customer experience
• Creating an energetic, positive and professional working environment
What we're looking for:
• Proven experience managing and developing people
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A commercial mindset with a focus on results
• The ability to motivate others and lead by example
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
