Are you a Design Engineer with a background in AutoDesk or SolidWorks, looking to join a well-established company that manufactures industrial fans across multiple sectors, looking to boost your career through in-house training and progression?
On offer is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established company with over 60 years of experience, which is expanding due to continued growth and new projects across multiple industries. You'll be part of a tight-knit design team, producing 2D designs through to approval and creating production packs.
You will work closely with the engineering team to design and develop industrial fans from concept to approval. The role involves creating detailed designs and drawings, supporting testing activities, and ensuring products are practical, cost-effective, and ready for manufacture.
This role would suit a Design Engineer with a background in AutoDesk Inventor or SolidWorks who is looking to advance their career. Offering full in-house training, ongoing technical development, and genuine progression opportunities, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company.
The Role:
- Designing Industrial Fans
- In house testing and development
- Using AutoDesk Inventor and SolidWorks
- 37.5 hr week Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm
The Person:
- Design Engineer or similar
- Background in sheet metal or similar
- Commutable to Halifax
