Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting an innovative leader in public sector, that are currently seeking a HR Systems Analyst to join them on a Temp to Perm basis.
This role will be based in East London, and offers hybrid working for 1 day each week.
The successful candidate will receive an hourly rate between £24 – £26 per hour, plus holiday pay.
As a successful HR Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for;
- Identifying and rectifying system improvements within ITRENT to ensure seamless operation function
- Providing technical advice to employees and colleagues surrounding best practice on the system, providing training where necessary
- Collaborating with other departments in the wider business to ensure models are implemented effectively
- Working with stakeholders regarding data changes and structures
The ideal HR systems analyst will have experience in the following;
- ITRENT
- Power BI & Business Objects
- Demonstrable experience working in a HR Systems role within a fast-paced environment
