Regional Manager
Zachary Daniels is proud to be partnering with a highly respected, service-led retailer to recruit an exceptional Regional Manager for the South West of the UK.
This Regional Manager opportunity is not your typical multi-site leadership role. It is a chance for an experienced Regional Manager to lead, inspire and elevate a truly world-class customer and colleague experience across a portfolio of high-profile locations.
We are seeking an outstanding Regional Manager, ideally based in Berkshire, Surrey, Wiltshire or Oxfordshire, who brings a passion for excellence, an eye for detail and a relentless focus on delivering first-class standards across every site.
The Role
As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple locations and driving a culture where service is everything. You will set the standard for operational excellence, ensuring every customer and colleague touchpoint reflects the brand's commitment to delivering an exceptional experience.
This role goes far beyond traditional KPIs. It requires a leader who thrives on creating inspiring environments, empowering teams and consistently raising the bar.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders, Area Managers and site leadership teams to ensure every location delivers exceptional standards in service, presentation, people engagement and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and inspire high-performing teams to deliver a world-class service proposition.
- Champion a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure every site maintains exceptional standards in presentation, environment and customer experience.
- Drive commercial performance while never compromising on service quality.
- Develop future leaders, building a strong talent pipeline across the region.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to influence and shape regional strategy.
- Embed consistent operational standards across a large and varied estate.
- Identify opportunities to improve performance, engagement and the overall customer journey.
- Lead through others, ensuring Area Managers and site leaders are empowered, supported and accountable.
- Maintain a strong presence across the region, providing visible leadership and clear direction.
About You
- Proven experience in a Regional Manager or senior multi-site leadership role within retail or hospitality.
- Demonstrated success leading Area Managers and/or overseeing circa 20 large-format or big-box locations.
- Passionate about service, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Highly detail-oriented, with pride in creating outstanding environments.
- Inspirational leader who can engage, motivate and develop teams at all levels.
- Commercially astute, with the ability to balance performance, people and service.
- Resilient, driven and committed to excellence in everything you do.
- Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and leading through others.
- Able to create consistency, accountability and pride across a geographically spread region.
What's on Offer
- Competitive salary of £90,000 – £100,000.
- Performance-related bonus.
- Comprehensive benefits package.
- The opportunity to join a brand where service, people and environment truly matter.
- A unique Regional Manager opportunity with a business that places genuine value on customer experience, colleague engagement and operational excellence.
If you are a dynamic, service-obsessed Regional Manager with a strong multi-site background in retail or hospitality, and you are ready to take on a unique and rewarding challenge, we would love to hear from you.
