Remote People Change Specialist | Confidential Opportunity Fixed Term Contract – Immediate Start – duration 6 months
We're seeking an experienced People Change Specialist to lead and support complex organisational change programmes in a fully remote environment. This role is focussed on business transformation, restructuring and consultative activity, partnering closely with HR teams to deliver fair, compliant and people-focused outcomes.
You will ideally have large organisation background as this is a large-scale project and strong expertise in employment law, employee relations, consultation processes, stakeholder management and change delivery with the confidence to advise leaders and manage sensitive, high-impact initiatives.
We’re looking for someone with strong influencing skills, excellent judgement, and experience managing sensitive people change activity end-to-end.
Strong coaching and knowledge sharing skills and experience of advising on collective consultation processes, employee representative elections and trade union engagement.
